Supplies: small bottle, bowl of water.

Cast the circle around the bowl of water, preferably where you can see the reflection of the moon on the surface, or near a body of water. Use the Goddess position. Say:

"Oh Gracious Goddess of the Glorious Mother Moon, by all that is holy I invoke thee. By the blood of life that (will flow/flows/flowed--this depends on your gender of course and the stage of life you are in) through me, let Your shining light flow into me, let Your power and beauty flow into me, let Your wisdom and grace flow through me."

Look into the moon or gaze at its reflection. Say:

"Great Goddess of the silver moon, I look into your mirror bright. I seek a blessing and a boon. I seek the gift of inner sight. Bless me with Your power."

When you feel the power of the Goddess inside you waning, cross your arms over your chest. You may push that energy into the water, then fill the bottle with your holy moon water. Ground yourself. Thank the Goddess, and close the circle.
