Thank you for that listing! Of course, Willow bark should be added to the allergic reaction section, as it can cause a reaction in those allergic to aspirin. Of course, you should never ingest anything that you know you are allergic to, and if you are using essential oils, make certain that they are of high quality, not those purchased at the Dollar Store! Those are fine for aromatics, but not for ingesting! _________________ Speak little, listen much. |

I would also like to add Valerian root to the list of possible allergens. I have used it for a sleep aid, and it works, however I wake up with a stuffy nose and kind of a sore throat, you know, the typical "hay fever" symptoms. Not sure if it causes this sort of side effect in anyone else, but I thought I would throw it out there! _________________ Speak little, listen much. |

Arnica should be addded to the list of cautions. Arnica is great for muscle sprains and strains, but should never ever be ingested as it's poisonous. _________________ Speak little, listen much. |
