As far as cleansings, white sage and saltwater are good, so is rosemary, basil, and thyme, all of which are probably in your kitchen already. Not sure if this one is in the spells section, but a very easy cleansing is to take salt water around your home widdershins or backwards, in each corner of each room and around every door and window, in each drain and toilet, while visualizing the negativity being pushed widdershins out of the home. Then, take a mixture of protective herbs such as I mentioned above (cinnamon is good too) and sprinkle the herbs as before, in each corner of each room, around every door and window, each drain and toilet (don't forget the laundry drain), while visualizing a bright white light penetrating your entire home. I did this while dealing with a particularly vile and irate family member, who since then has refused to step on my porch!
