For anyone who takes medicine on a regular basis, here's a quick blessing to do.

Hold your hands over the pill bottles or pills, and visualize white light going into them. Then chant three times: "With these pills I seek to heal, this part of me that's feeling ill."

I also use this for medicinal teas: "With this tea I seek to heal, this (part of me; mate of mine, friend of mine, child of mine, etc.) that's feeling ill."

You can change either of these to suit your particular needs, for example if the medication is not for you.
